The office units offer flexible lay-out options, that are executed according to individual wishes of the tenants. Colour of the carpet/vinyl, and the painting can be choosen by the tenants. If required a seating plan can be prepared, and also an internal design plan can be provided.

The office center consists of two buildings on both sides of the pedestrian area of Madach street, some minutes walking distance from the traffic hub of Deak square. All facilities of a down-town area are available within some meters, however the surrounding is quiet, free from any traffic.

A safe and continuous operation of the building is provided by the security service 24/7, by our maintenance staff during business hours, and by our local management team. The self-service restaurant on the ground floor offers quick but quality dining possibility also on a terrace area if the weather conditions allow. In the underground garage a visitor’s parking facility is in operation for the clients of the tenants, and an economy friendly manual car-wash service is also available offered by our partner company.
